Game Results and Pitch Count Recording
For the spring season, in the competitive divisions, game results and pitch counts will be recorded on the mnll.org website.    Managers and coaches will each be given a log in and password to input their teams results.  It is expected that game results will be recorded into the web within 48 hours of game completion.    In the event that pitch counts can’t be recorded into the website, managers should be prepared to provide a hard copy Pitching Eligibility Tracking Form report to the opposing coach prior to each game.

A blank copy of the “Pitching Eligibility Tracking Form” can be found at:
http://files.leagueathletics.com/Text/Documents/10422/28515.pdf

Procedures for how to input Game Results and Pitch Counts into the website can be found at:
http://files.leagueathletics.com/Text/Documents/10422/29516.pdf

Playing Rules

MNLL Local Rules are listed under the "Documents" tab on the left.  All Managers should also receive a hard copy of the "Official Little League Regulations and Playing Rules". The Official Little League Regulations and Playing Rules will always supersede any context in the MNLL Local rules, with exception to MNLL specific rules.

Additional hard or soft copies of The Official Little League Regulations and Playing Rules can be purchased at http://www.littleleaguestore.net (http://www.littleleaguestore.net)

Practice Field Assignments and Scheduling
Practice and game schedules should be posted on mnll.org.  If you need a field for an extra practice you have the following options:
  • Check the "Master Schedule" tab on the left and see what fields are currently reserved by other baseball teams.
  • Check the "Field Assignments" link to get an idea of what fields are available on certain days and which teams are assigned to each slot.
  • Contact you fellow manager and verify the field is available.
  • Team Managers should make every effort to ensure their practice and game schedules are posted on mnll.org.
NOTE: Beginning mid to late April on Morris Township fields, T-Ball and Girls Softball programs have their assigned fields until 6:00pm on weeknights and until 10:30am on Saturday mornings.  Little League teams should not be going onto the fields until that specific start time under your Field Use Permits, or until a T-Ball of Softball team has completed their play and cleared the field.

Game Umpire Assignment Overview

MNLL uses All County Assigning for umpires.  All Game schedules should be input into the www.ArbiterSports.com system.  All managers will be given a login to the system and receive email notifications about umpire assignments.   One umpire is assigned to regular season games and 2 umpires are assigned to playoff games.

A few days prior to each game, managers should verify that an umpire has been assigned to their game.  It's also recommended that managers bring the umpires contact info with them to the field and if necessary call the umpire at or before game time.  Managers are responsible for notifying the umpires at least one hour prior to the scheduled start time of a game if it will be postponed or canceled due to weather.  Should an umpire not get notified, there will be a $20 inconvenience charge invoiced to the league to cover travel expenses and time.

If a manager needs an umpire assigned for a make up game, the home team manager should email All County Assigning ( ) with the game date, time and location.  Then verify in arbiter.com that an umpire has been assigned.  If necessary the All County Assigning Phone Number is:  973-602-7068

For Burnham Park Majors and Minors games managers should assess the field at least 1 hour prior to game time and make the determination if the field is playable.  If the weather is questionable they should also re-assess the field at game start time.  Once the game begins the umpire has the final say on field conditions, but managers should always help guide umpires, as needed and use good judgment.
